The exact formula is unknown. Also it's known that some element of randomness added to it.

1. Damage greatly depends on strength of element. For assaults the damage is baseDbg = strength_of_element * 5.

For skills it is baseDbg = strength_of_element * skill_strength

2. Damage is reduced for quite good amount by Defenses.

3. Damage is reduced for a bit by Armour.
